- · To answer various technical queries of customers
- · To check occurrence of problem & symptoms in ideal conditions
- · Basic troubleshooting of technical problems
- · Collection of information required to escalate to next Level
Skill Set Required :
- · Good knowledge of Operating System & Networking.
- · Good communication skills.
