Job Description / Desired Candidate Profile

Job Profile :

• ·        To attend maximum calls of customers via telephonic support
• ·        Guide customers for doing certain procedures for Quick Heal products.
• ·        To answer various technical queries of customers
• ·        To check occurrence of problem & symptoms in ideal conditions
• ·        Basic troubleshooting of technical problems
• ·        Collection of information required to escalate to next Level

Skill Set Required :

• ·        Good knowledge of Operating System & Networking.
• ·        Good communication skills.
• ·        Basic troubleshooting skills and analytical skills, product knowledge.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

Experience             : 0 to 1 yrs
Salary                     : INR 1 to 2Lakhs PA
Job Location          : Nasik
Qualification          : BE/B.Tech, BCA, B Sc, MCA, Diploma
